The ‘always on’ culture where employees are expected to be available at any time, even outside of working hours, is having an overwhelming impact on burnout, disengagement, mental wellbeing and work-life balance.
To better understand this challenge, we surveyed 1,001 full-time employees and 251 HR and Internal Communications professionals across the UK. Our research explored the true impact of the ‘always on’ culture on wellbeing and burnout. Our findings were the foundation of the webinar we hosted with Joanna Parsons, CEO of The Curious Route, and Ryan Tahmassebi, People Science Director at Workbuzz.
Our Burnout Report is now also live with a breakdown of the survey results, guidance for individuals and organisations to create and nurture safe cultures at work that encourage a healthy work-life balance to get the best from every employee.
Within the report there is practical guidance and expert tips from our webinar speakers that you can take to the workplace to drive conversations around setting boundaries at all levels and encouraging leaders to lead by example.
We offer a free and personalised demo service, showcasing our intuitive and easy-to-use platform.
